Vertical screw conveying is a unique material conveying method. In a vertical screw conveyor system, the core component is a rotating shaft with a spiral blade, which is housed in a sealed vertical pipe. When the motor starts, the shaft rotates at a high speed, and the spiral blades run with it. The material enters from the inlet at the bottom of the pipe, is pushed by the spiral blade, as if it is continuously lifted upward by an invisible hand, and climbs along the spiral trajectory to overcome gravity. In this process, due to the sealing of the pipeline, it can effectively avoid the leakage of materials and the mixing of external impurities, and the transportation process is stable and continuous, and can achieve efficient vertical lifting, which is widely used in food, chemical, building materials and many other fields, and the material is accurately transported to the specified position at the top.

Working principle
When the vertical screw conveyor works, the motor drives the screw shaft to rotate at a high speed, and the screw blade installed on the shaft rotates accordingly. The spiral blade in contact with the material exerts the thrust generated by rotation on the material particles. Because of its special shape and rotating action, the material particles obtain the upward force along the surface of the spiral blade, which not only moves in the direction of the spiral line, but also produces a vertical motion, so as to achieve vertical transportation. During transportation, the closed chute ensures the stability of the material, avoids scattering and external interference, and reduces dust flying. The material enters from the bottom inlet, climbs under the continuous push of the spiral blade, and is discharged from the outlet after reaching the top. In practical applications, by adjusting the feed speed and the rotation speed of the spiral shaft, the material delivery amount can be flexibly adjusted to meet the requirements of various production processes.

Daily maintenance is mainly focused on the inspection and maintenance of the spiral shaft, spiral blade and drive device, which reduces the downtime and maintenance costs of the equipment.
